Main menu item not showing in some header types

I took a look on the classes applied to the header, also at the theme.liquid template, but it seems to be ok.

I realized that the menu item dissapears when Header Type on large screens is set to Bottom main menu, left logo.

Instead, when we choose the option Top main menu, center logo, the item appears:

A/to the explanation seems there is limit to display the menus when Header type Bottom main menu, left logo
For more you need to ask theme support a hire a developer to fix it.
