Hi all!
I’m reaching out because today the main menu on my Shopify site disappeared off of desktop and mobile sometime in the last several hours. We use Mega Menu for our main menu.
I checked the Mega Menu app first and my menu and noticed that my menu items and dropdowns are still appearing as normal.
I then went into our Shopify theme, clicked into the “Header” section and our main menu (Mega Menu APP) is still selected and it’s showing that the menu bar is “live,” but when I go to our website on my laptop or phone it has disappeared!
Is this a glitch/bug? Or is there a fix I don’t know about? We had someone build the site for us so I’m a little nervous to start playing around with things!
