I’ve been trying to fix my google indexing, but I am confused about how it all works. One issue I noticed is that my main URL www.renatarubio.com is not indexed.
Another issue is the sitemap I provided has 504 pages, but my website has 973 products. Why is it not finding all the pages?

From my side, i checked your main URL already indexed by GG, you can see here
you can check with this: “site:https://renatarubio.com”
with your screen shoot above, to fix that, you can click on request indexing, and waiting GG re-crawl your site

Because your main store URL is https://renatarubio.com, without www but you are checking with https://www.renatarubio.com
