Make an element float on top of another section

Hi, I would like that the text overlay floats outside of the section. However, when I do this, the element is not visible anymore. It doesn’t overflow the other section.

Please see the mockups and you will get a better understanding of what I’m trying to achieve

I have fixed my issues. Found a parent element with overflow: hidden. I switched it to visible. Thank you!
