Yes this can be done using javascript. Your theme have option to enter more then one announcement bar?
We also need to add some liquid coding for it.

Yes, I can actually take their Page Source Liquid Code - But, it’s not working at 100%.
If someone can share the code it would be great!
Please share your header.liquid file code.
@BeautifulDesign avoid publicly pasting the full contents of a theme file, #1 you do not have distributions rights of that code, #2 it’s an annoying wall of text for other forum users.
At minimum attempt to isolate only the code relevant to your discussions, and use the ‘insert/Edit code sample’ button in the post editor.
Highly recommend pruning/deleting that post.
