Make boxes on account log in page stay boxes

Hi guys,

I added code to make the underlines under “Email” and “Password” on the account log in page be boxes, but when I click into them they turn back to underlines. How can I make them stay boxes? I would really appreciated any help!

You can try this code by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to the online store ->Theme ->Edit Code.
Step 2: Find the theme.liquid file and add the following code above the tag
