Make “Chat App” open by clicking text url / button?

Not sure how to word this because I’m not sure how this would be done, I installed a chat app to help users if they need help.

I want to add two buttons under “Help Page”

  • Still Need Assistance?

“Email” “Start Chatting” (buttons)

when the user clicks “Start Chatting” the Chat App I have opens.

I would like to do this giving extra support if the user goes under help page for a support option. They can clearly see the help button on the page but just want to list the full support options for my users.
