Make Image Larger ONLY For Mobile View - Dawn Theme

Hello! I have an image banner that looks great on desktop but it looks too small on mobile. I would like the image to be bigger/more zoomed in on mobile so it is easier to see and read, but I don’t want the desktop version to be altered since I like the way it looks already. Any help is greatly apppreciated!!
