Make product images the same size on collection page Reformation theme

Hello!

I would like to make all my images of my products the same size on the collection pages but for some reason they are all different sizes. My theme is the reformation theme.

I would like my product page to look like these below examples. I am selling fine art prints like these websites, and like the design.
