I hope I can explain this correctly. So I’m dropshipping a product from Aliexpress and I found one that actually has options to ship from the US, the UK, and Australia (among others but those are the only three I’m using) and for each of those going domestically the shipping cost and speed is actually quite good, so I definitely want to make sure that anyone ordering from Australia for example is getting the ‘ships from Australia’ variant and so on.
But can I make this process invisible? I feel like when you’re shopping online, you’re don’t normally have to select which country you want your product to come from. You only have to put in your address at checkout and if there are multiple fulfillment centres then it kind of figures it out behind the scenes? The ‘ships from’ variant buttons look a bit skeezy and are a major giveaway that you’re dropshipping.
I would really like for there to be no ‘ships from’ variant buttons, and instead that when someone checks out to ship to the USA, they automatically get the USA variant, when someone checks out to ship to the UK, they automatically get the UK variant, etc. Is this possible?
