Make Slideshow Image Linkable/Clickable to specific Collection

Hi,

I’m looking for the code to make the entire Slideshow image clickable/linkable to a specific collection… I don’t like the buttons. In the new Dawn Theme.

I spent two hours reading and following the instructions you guided me to.
Which work for the desktop version.
Now, that I’ve entered in the code, my slideshow has completely disappeared on mobile view.

Consider you are the reason I just wasted 2 solid hours of my time with INCORRECT code, please resolve the issue. Please check the code yourself before suggesting it to people.

Sorry to hear that the suggestions from the threads didn’t work for the mobile version of your theme. As previously mentioned, this is an unsupported customization so basic coding knowledge and testing can be expected when working with custom coding. Nevertheless, I did notice that the threads appear to have worked for others and I’d also recommend posting this issue in the thread that you’re following.

Since you’ve already posted the issue in the thread, then we can see if the community can further assist you with the custom coding. However, if you’re unable to get a response in a timely manner, then you can also consider hiring a developer to build a custom solution for your theme. On the other hand, if you prefer reverting the changes made to your theme, then you can roll back to an older version of your theme.
