You need a JS code. Basically you have to write a JS script which will work only for the menu where dropdown is available. And you need to use the hover function which will add 2 attributes and when hover remove revert those attributes.
Alright so basically not an easy fix?
30-40 minutes work for a dev who knows how to do it.
