I am selling a product that is actually an appointment time. My variants specify whether the appt is for a group of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc persons.
Since it defaults to selecting 1 person, the top variant of course, I had a hunch that it was just getting glossed over and people were NOT making a selection.
So I added a variant called – PLEASE SELECT – and sure enough, I have about 25 orders from the past hour alone that have purchased a reservation for a party size of “–please select–”
HELP! Is there any workaround I’m not thinking of that could make the default nothing so that customers HAVE to select something?!
