I want to make my video on my website full width on mobile but regular size on desktop. The desktop version is so big that part of the video is cut off on the screen. Please provide a code to solve this issue.

I don’t have the code to make this change however, you might be eligible to use Shopify Design Time. Design Time is 60 minutes of coding changes our team will make for anyone using a Shopify made theme, and that is subscribed to the Basic Plan or higher. More information available here.
If for some reason you do not want to use the Design Time, you can hire a Shopify Expert to make this change for you. Hire a Shopify Partner here.

I checked your website on mobile/responsive/ desktop. As the picture I captured, the size of your video is proportionate to the look and feel of each screen, and is not cut off on the screen.
