Maker Theme: Secondary Homepage Nav: Change Font Size?

Hi, I have added custom code to make the main navigation smaller in font size. But I have no idea what the code would be or where to put it for the other right side links? These include the links to “cart” “account” etc

any help is appreciated!

ALSO… a code to centre my logo in between the two left and right side navigation is appreciated! Thanks
