Making a parent menu clickable shopify dawn

hey all,

i have a shopify store using the dawn theme, where i would like to make the main merchandise menu clickable and go to ALL MERCH, while the arrow next to the word, going to the sub menus. (all this in mobile view)

is this possible?? and if so, could someone please help me.
