I tried using this code and while the images are clickable on the slideshow, when i click on the image it gets redirected to the home page and not the product collection page as i desired.

Iām wondering if you could help me develop it a step further - could I potentially set the image click to open a modal. In order to do so, I would need to put a selector in to set the data-target and data-toggle so each image opened a different modal. Do you think this would be possible?
Hi; this didnāt work for me. It made the slideshow clickable, but it took me to the homepage rather than the button URL.
It almost works except that the banner clicks to the home page. Any ideas on what I did wrong?
I managed to make the slideshow banner images at the top of my page clickable but it has created a white space that is also clickable under the footer on my homepage. Any ideas how to adjust so it is not adding anything below the footer? Site is blockyourears.com.au
All the process is same but instead of opening the tag on that place open it up were the media image

I ended up restoring the slideshow code back to the original code and then using a different custom code to make the slideshow clickable. This one here https://community.shopify.com/post/1612021
