making all text bold in checkout page and capitalized

My entire store’s text is capitalized and bold. Except for the checkout, thank you, orders page, log in page etc. I’d appreciate assistance on how to make the text in my checkout page, thank you page, orders page, log in page etc capitalized and bold.
