A suggestion to Shopify in helping to make the shipping interface more time productive. Have recently started using the “create shipping label” much more frequently. Currently, once you order a shipping label, a grey van appears on the orders list page, letting us know the order has been fulfilled/in transit. However, in order to see which orders have successfully been delivered requires one to physically have to click into/go through every single order to see the green “delivered” notice.
This is very time consuming and quite often am not aware of an issue with delivery until a customer contacts. It would be much better if once delivered, the grey van symbol also turns to green (or any other colour) so we can know that order has delivered and allowing us to identify and only go direct into orders where the van still remains grey.
It is such a simply tweak of the orders page interface, but one which would free up time and give us a tool that we can identify delivery issues before receiving complaints from customers/prevent the need to have to go through every order to keep a track.
Please can you consider this suggestion or look at adding something similar.
