Manage all advertiser and social media pixels with Shopify Web Pixels API

I try to understand Shopify Web Pixels API.

Is it just a way to create custom pixels to follow specific events or can we use it to regroup all advertiser and social media pixels?

It would be nice to load only one script to improve website speed.
