Managing cost per item profits with currency changes

Hi Shopify Comm.

I am hoping someone can advise me on the following.

I have a store set up based in NZ, my dropshipping app is based in USD but converts everything for me to NZD at the point of importing to my store.

My store then puts my products live with NZD.

Today I noticed when I was importing a similar product that the price was quite off and upon closer inspection this is obviously to do with currency fluctuation.

There was no alert to tell me that the dropshipping app price was more expensive than what I originally imported, thus meaning I stand to make a loss.

What is the best way to be on top of this is it is not possible to view what products are close to the break-even mark or if I am about to sell a product for less than I can actually buy it for? Other than big mark-ups of course.

Thanks.
