I am new to Shopify so please forgive my beginner knowledge. I’m part of a tiny, all volunteer group that uses our store to distribute food free items out to the community. I’m looking for ways to streamline the process to make our group run more efficiently.
Is there a way to make a pick up time mandatory before an customer will be able to check out? Right now we have 5 time slots open per 30 minute increment. The items are listed as products. Sometimes people forget to add them. That means we take volunteer time to contact the client (often unsuccessfully) or they create another order just to add the time.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
