Our delivery policy is Next Day Delivery and all our goods are delivered next day Mon-Thur by 3.30pm. We are closed on Friday therefore next day isn’t available for goods purchased after 3.30pm on Thursday as well as our courier does not handle goods on weekend therefore any orders placed after 3.30pm on Thursday - Sunday will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
We already have the option for next business day delivery selected when manually adding the processing delivery date at checkout however, this will be a confusion to users who are willing to make a purchase after the cut off time on thursday as they will think the goods will be delivered the next day however it will be received to them on Tuesday.
We want a option so that when the cut off time is near on Thursday and a customer places an order, we want to ensure that the delivery time isn’t shown next day. In simple words, we’re looking for a seperate manual delivery option that can inform customers that their item will arrive on tuesday when purchased after the cut off period and next day when purchased within the timeframe. We would appreciate if someone could help us with this as it would be a great source to our store. Thanks
