Manual payments for tagged customers only

We need to offer certain customers payment on account.

Is there a way to only show the Manual Payment method only to tagged customers e.g. Company XYZ has an existing account and is tagged as ‘terms’. Company ABC can only pay by credit card and doesn’t have any payment related tags.

You can offer the Manual Payment like “Invoice” method only to tagged customers using the PayRules: Hide Payment Methods app. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Add “Invoice” in the “Additional payment methods” field.
  2. In the “Customer tags” field, select “Hide if not found” and enter the specific tag (B2B).

This will ensure that only tagged customers see the Invoice method at the checkout page.
