advice needed here.
I am testing adding orders manually in backoffice and need to utilize notes, however I need these to go with the order confirmation email that is sent to store email as well as customer confirmation email.
Are there any options available to achieve this?
If not notes, is there something else that can be done in backoffice to get the desired result?
