So i placed an order on my own website to test the whole progress from buy to delivery.
I got the message (On my business account) from AlieExpress that my order was shipped in China.
Do I need to wait to change the status of the order to ‘Shipped’ when its in customer country, or do I need to do it now? Whats the best thing to do.

The recommended approach is to mark the order as Fulfilled/Shipped once the courier company has collected the package from your warehouse. This will notify the customer that the package is on its way, and they will also be able to track the shipment using the provided tracking number.
