I have 3 abandoned checkouts but 2 of the orders have been placed now. However, they’re all listed as not recovered. Is there a way to manually list them as recovered? I don’t want those people being sent an email or notification to purchase their items AGAIN when they’ve already been purchased. So two questions:
- If they start a new order rather than use the abandoned cart link can this be recorded and then it be marked as recovered?
or
- If that is not possible how can I do it manually?
