Hello! Today after some ads I have 17 added to cart , 14 reached checkout but no conversions
I wonder if there is a problem with my shopify.
Thought 1: I know that all added to cart will not end up to a conversion but there is a big difference between them . Is it normal ? Or there is a problem?
thought 2: im advertising my shopify in Europe and the currency is usd! I can’t enable shopify payments to add more currencies because I’m located in Greece.
what should i check if there is a problem ?

Based on your analysis and my experience, the issue must be from your payment method, since USD is the only payment currency your store accepts, did you setup the ads to target countries using USD alone?
Because that is the only way the visitors will be able to check out successfully so you should fix your targeted audience by editing the targeted audience.

Hello! Yes that it was another thought! But I have another problem! I can’t target USA because Tik let me target only Europe! I have to use vpn to target USA. I will not do it.
