Mark as paid error - "Failed to mark payment as received"

I keep getting the “Failed to mark payment as received” error message every time I try to mark a payment as paid. Since the status on the payment gateway already succeeds but not updated on the order detail and I want to force the payment. Can someone tell me what to do? Thanks a lot!
