I have accudentally Marked as paid under capture payment even when the payment is pending, under order section, the payment says” Pending under paypal express checkout”!
will i get the authorized period again to collect the payment?

We think you should cancel the payment if can, or else, contact with Paypal immeadiately to inquire about the authorization period for your particular situation and how to proceed if the authorization expires before you can capture the payment.
