Thanks! Do I have to use Klaviyo for this? I thought since it let me set it
up, it’ll just run (via Shopify Email?). Is there something else I need to
do for the emails to actually send?

If you need a delay, or want to check for other conditions it’s always possible to modify the automation. Say, you may add a “Wait” action which can introduce a delay from 1 second to 90 days…
