I want to create my own Email template from scratch. There is any way that i can create a new template that include my own section on the emails ? for example if want to create a new section that will appear here :
does it possible ? if so, please tell me how.

Is this on external App?
if it is, because that is a separate shopify app
if they have such a feature, then only we can add sections
we can start with a blank email template and use the existing sections to create new email template
there is no option to create custom sections
