I recently changed my Company name in Settings → Store Details → Basic Information. However, this change has not changed what is displayed in my marketing e-mail footer. Any new e-mail I create is still showing the previous/old Company Name and I’m not sure where to change this Company Name setting so it will show correctly in my marketing e-mail footers?

Could you please tell me how you are sending marketing emails from Shopify? I mean you are using any third-party app or what?
I’m just using Shopify email. When I create a new activity for an email
campaign, it doesn’t matter what template I select, the Activity is created
showing my old company name. (This is even before sending the email)

I am also having the same problem using Shopify email. This is super frustrating and I hope it can be fixed soon.
Unfortunately I haven’t solved this yet. It’s really frustrating, but the only temporary hack I could come up with is to change the footer text color to the same as the background color to hide the wrong company name. This is really not a solution

Hey there, i reached out to support and they sent a solution
So, we can look into changing the email branding, and this can be done by first going into Apps > Shopify Email. From here we are going to want to go into Create email where there is an option to Manage template branding, it shows like this:
From there you will see an option for editing the store name, and here is where you can edit the new information:
Finally, you can review your templates to see the new name showing up on the footer
