Marketplace Connect - Fulfilled orders not updating on Marketplace

We are using M-Connect for the first time to list some products on a new Marketplace.

We have followed the instructions that the Marketplace provided and everything has been going well until we have got to order testing. We have uploaded our skus to the channel, updated stock and pricing and downloaded the test orders with no issues but when the order is marked as fulfilled in Shopify the update is not passed through to the Marketplace.

Since everything is working up until the order update, I am wondering if the instructions the Marketplace provided are incomplete and we are missing an API access scope that we need to activate

We currently have the following API access scopes active:
write_inventory, read_inventory, write_orders, read_orders, read_product_listings, read_products

Are we missing any from the API that would allow us to complete the order update process?

Hi,

Could you try adding the “read_only_own_orders” API scope and see if it resolves the problem.

That isn’t an option on this set up

My other options we can select regarding orders are:
read_assigned_fulfillment_orders
read_draft_orders
read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders
read_order_edits
read_third_party_fulfillment_orders
read_order_submission_rules
