I have 2 new FBA & FBM SKUs added to 6 existing SKU variations. I am using Marketplace connect to sync my MCF/FBA inventory for my Amazon FBM order fulfillment my 6 existing SKUs in a variant family are working well, however my 2 new SKUs in the same variation family are not populating my FBM inventory at Amazon, so the FBM listings are not active due to a false out of stock reading. I use WebBee to process my MCF orders. Shopify Marketplace Connect and Shopify inventory are reflecting accurate inventory quantities pulled from my Amazon FBA/MCF inventory but not populating the inventory quantities back to my Amazon FBM account. Market place connect shows all 8 SKUs to be active and settings show that I have no SKUs which are not linked. It has been a while since I set the original six SKUs variations up but they are working great and populating inventory numbers back and forth between Amazon and Shopify…What step or parameter am I missing on the 2 new SKUs???
The 2 new SKUs you added have not been synchronized to Amazon’s self-operated inventory and are shown as inactive. The core reasons are that the new variants have not been correctly added to the original variant series in the Amazon backend, the complete SKU mapping has not been completed in Marketplace Connect and WebBee, and there is a lack of key configurations for synchronizing FBA/MCF inventory to Amazon’s self-operated inventory.
However, it is really cumbersome to use four applications to fulfill MCF orders. You could check out other options with very simple processes, such as 4Seller’s Easy MCF (Integration→Mapping→Auto Fulfillment→Inventory Sync) It is really similar to Shopify’s very lightweight interface. Anyway, there’s no need to use that many software programs. It’s always good to try more.
Thank you Kim, I will consider your direction. Is there any way to get the new variants properly added to the original variant series?
