I have a shopfront, deskcycle.com.au, using the Debut theme.
On a certain date in January, 28th I had a massive drop off in conversions. I have checked through my site and can’t find anything wrong with it at all. If it was a smaller drop off, I would think that it might be price or something, but such a huge difference seems like there’s something wrong with the site.
have there been any major changes that I could be struggling to detect would you think? The drop off is at the /contact_details goal.
Hi Jess , Did you check your adverts ? Its usually ads might be sending traffic different to what it was before . try to go to reports and insights and look about that !
