Matching variant but differing value: brand [brand] error google merchant

Thanks for taking the time to read and respond.

I’m extremely concerned that there is something seriously wrong with my site.

Based on the Google’s recommendation everything appears correct. It’s as if google is simply crawling my site incorrectly.

I have structured data in my site and google rich text results appear to have everything working correctly.

I’ve also been having Mismatched value (page crawl) [availability] errors as well. Looking the google rich text results show everything running correctly.

The variants that seems to garner to the highest rate of impressions and clicks are the ones routinely receiving these errors.

These issues also came out of nowhere on August 28th. It’s almost as if something within google and or the my Shopify site changed creating these errors.

I’m wondering if another app could be interfering with Google’s ability to correctly crawl the product pages? A variant display app? Maybe Shogun? Something with the feed app I’m using?

Should I start over with a new theme. I’d be willing to pay someone to point me the correct direction.

Can you share the specific issue itself, from the info you are sharing, I do not know what your issue is.

Variant has a mismatched availability according to google merchant. Here’s the link to variant https://shop.7kft.co/products/salomon-s-lab-genesis?variant=41597724360836

The variant has a had availability for over a month but as of yesterday the google merchant says “Availability on your site Out of stock Last checked on: Sep 27, 2023, 11:51 pm PDT”

Both Schema and Google Rich Test Results show it as in stock.

That is because you have 2 structured data sets. And the second one says out of stock, Google gets confused when you setup multiple structured data.

My recommendation remove the one that is inaccurate.
