Hi, @OFace !
Thanks so much for reaching out about this.
I took a look at your website and truly find it impressive! Your branding, homepage layout and mission in general is fabulous - well done!
I’ve looked into your website on both desktop and mobile. I’d be more than happy to discuss how things could be improved.
Desktop
I found it rather difficult to point out much on the desktop version of your website that needs improvement. Visually, it is captivating and has really great sections on the homepage. The only notes are the following:
- I would rearrange your navigation to have the “Shop” tab directly after “Home”. If you are looking to drive sales, you’ll want a call to action to be more visible.
- I love the “Get to know us” section on the homepage but I think you could benefit from bringing the “Products at a glance” above it. It would be beneficial to spread out the information more.
- Some of the product images within “Products at a glance” are cutoff on desktop (not mobile). Would be worth looking into for consistency.
Mobile
There are a few points on the mobile browser that stand out as potential reasons for cart/visit abandons.
- Your “Buy Now” button under “Products at a glance” and “Receive 15% off” button in the header are not working. I encourage you to review the settings for that asap.
- Collections Section: I suggest making your collection list section on the homepage 2 columns, instead of 1. It will make for less scrolling and accentuate your overall catalog more effectively.
- Assuming you may move the “Products at a glance” section above the “Get to know us” section, you’ll want to make sure that there sufficient padding at the top of “Get to know us” and the bottom of “Disrupting the statistics”. While it may seem minor, the lack of padding at a glance can appear as unfinished or rushed. Something you’ll want to disassociate with your product and brand.
- Product pages: I find that having the accelerated checkout button for “Apple Pay” within a teal coloured button to be distracting. I would keep the standard look and feel for this one.
- Collection pages: The information in the description of the collection is acceptable on large screens but a bit too dense for mobile. I would suggest having things more concise.
- Navigation: There is an odd newsletter popup that appears in the corner when you scroll down the page when the navigation menu is open. It comes and goes like a glitch.
- Lastly - the “Shop Now” button on the homepage brings to a list of all products but again, it’s pretty dense with information and has no clear separation besides the headers. I would encourage you to link the “Shop Now” button to “All Collections”.
I hope these tips helped. Would love to chat more if you have any other questions.
Best,
