Hace unos días recibí un correo de Shopify indicando lo siguiente

After reviewing your information and website --------------, we have determined that you are in violation of Section 7 of the Shopify Acceptable Use Policy and we are therefore unable to support your business. We are terminating your account in accordance with our right in Section 14.3 of Shopify Terms of Service .

Tras apelar con el equipo de atención al cliente, me contestaron lo siguiente:

This email is to inform you that after reviewing your information and website we believe your business presents a level of risk that we will be unable to support with Shopify. I know this is not ideal, however we won’t be able to help with your business.
At this time since Shopify has been deemed not a good fit for your business you will need to research other e-commerce platforms to find one that will be suitable. Regrettably we are not able to make recommendations to merchants.
Please note that your last month’s subscription and or domain you purchased has been refunded to the credit card used at the time. It might take a few days for refunds to show on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Please note that for security and privacy reasons we are unable to divulge the results of our reviews and investigations. Once an account has been declined the decision is final.

He solicitado información de que he infringido para revisarlo y poder cambiarlo, pero en ningún momento se me ha respondido correctamente. No dan ninguna explicación y me cierran mi cuenta. En la cual, lo único que he hecho, es vender mis propios diseños de camisetas.
Me gustaría solicitar información completa sobre lo ocurrido y solicitar la reapertura de mi cuenta y el acceso, independientemente de lo que pongan en los mensajes.
A mi parecer, en ningún momento he infringido ninguna política y menos todavía siendo consciente de ello, si fuera el caso, tal y como me indican, lo revisaría y lo cambiaria sin ningún problema.
Pero no se me ha dado la oportunidad y no se que hacer, estoy perdiendo ventas, clientes y está perjudicando gravemente a mi reputación personal.
