I recently bought the Shopify theme Impact and I am running into some issues with the mega menu being stuck in drawer mode. I have tried many alternatives but nothing has worked. When I view it outside of the customization mode, it seems to look normal but inside the customization tool it doesn’t change/seem to update. Can someone help please because I have had no luck.

I think, it is normal behaviour sometimes, Inside the theme customizer some of the javascript events does not work or work in unexpected way. so you should check in theme preview (Previewing theme on fronten), if issue still there, then it can be a theme bug and you should contact theme support
