I’m looking for application that can create/manage Membership Plan and adjust all products discount and display discount price products, for more details.

User can select two membership plans: Gold and Silver. If user buy Gold, all product with automatically discount 10% and for Silver Plan will auto discount 5% for whole shop.

User only have can buy 3 discount products per month.
I need all of them inside one application only. Do you guys have any suggestions. Thank you!
