For context: I work for a charity that offers a limited number of annual sponsorship opportunities. We are currently tracking all of our sponsorships manually, which leaves a lot of room for error with renewals and availability. I’m hoping to find a way to automate the process.

I’ve considered subscription apps as I can limit the number of available products/sponsorships; however:

  1. If the product is not “in stock” at the time of renewal, it will not process the recurring payment.
  2. If someone cancels their sponsorship I would have to manually add it back into stock.

I also considered membership apps, but all the ones I’ve found so far don’t seem to give me the option to limit the number of members that can sign up for each tier. I need there to only be a limited number of spaces available.
