A friend of mine invited me take a look at his site for him because a franchised/cloned site is not working correctly.

As you can see, the slideshow and the main menu on the left is not showing (all pages). I used Chrome’s inspection tool and can see that they are not being called. the output HTML is blank where they should be. I am including the bit about the menu for reference.
Can someone tell me what code to look at or I have been told allowing access to the broken site is OK.
