I am building on Dawn 5.0
I have created a secondary layout file (theme.schools.liquid) apart from my default primary layout file (theme.liquid). I intend to use the secondary layout on specific pages where I want a different page layout (i.e. different announcement bar, different header, different footer). By creating separate sections and linking them to the new file, I have managed to get everything working, but …
On the pages linked to theme.schools.liquid, the menu appears below the content and is not usable. See screenshots:

Menu on a Secondary Page (theme.schools.liquid)
It is the same menu and the two theme files (theme.liquid and theme.schools.liquid) are identical except they reference different header and footer sections.
The code on both the header section files (header.liquid and header-schools.liquid) are also exactly the same, so I am not sure why both the menus are acting differently.

It must be something with the CSS file, but both header pages reference the same CSS files and are identical
Any insights on this?
