If you hover over GAMING ACCESSORIES, what happens when you move your mouse over to CASES or DOCKS? Does the menu disappear? Because it does for me.

If you hover, and move directly to the menu from the left side, it will work. But if you move a bit to the right side then it will close the menu.

I’m having the issue as what was shown in your video. I don’t want the menu to disappear when you hover into a dropdown menu. Is there something I can do to prevent this from happening?

I have just escalated your case with our technical team. Unfortunately, we can’t help in this situation. It is an issue with your theme code, we can’t intervene to the code from the third party platform.

You should better contact theme provider or Shopify support team for further information about it.

I’m having the same issue. My menus “Tops” “Bottom”, etc… disappear when a customer hovers over menu item at top
