On mobile, you can press the menu on the homepage but once you go to another page you can no longer navigate using the menu. I have no idea how to fix this. I am using Dawn.
The theme does not look like Dawn and seem to be called December?
I have not experienced the problem you mentioned.
This was just me renaming the file to reflect updates I made.
