Hi there, I’ve just noticed an annoying issue. When users click on the menu, they can’t see what’s inside it at a glance and have to open each item one by one. I couldn’t find any related setting in the theme.
Is there a way to fix this?
Please see two examples below: the current behavior and the one I would like to have.
Hi @huzunkaya I’m @PaulNewton shopify-partner with a range of merchant solutions.
That’s an advance theme customization to properly alter a click-through nav into either an accordion or dump-list.
You can reach out to me for customization services.
To connect CLICK my profile-pic or visit my profile on the forums ALWAYS include context in new communications, e.g. reference urls, posts urls, etc
@huzunkaya Could you please share the link to your store? I’d like to inspect the site directly to see which theme you are using and determine the best way to adjust the menu behavior to match what you are looking for.
This kind of questions should’ve been considered during the theme selection phase.
Can this be done – yes.
Can this be done properly for free – I doubt it, as the change is extensive.
Does it prevent your site from working? Probably no.
Do you visitors have problems navigating the site? Looking at your stats and analytics should give you that answer.
Should you consider switching themes?
It depends, as you may want to get some ROI from your site and then consider redesign/switch to a paid/more flexible theme.
