Merchant Center: Fix Misrepresentation issue that prevents your products from showing on Google

Hi,

how can i fix this? I am not violating these guidelines. It’s typical that Google uses automated tests to find problems that don’t even exist. My shop: http://www.hdsports.run

It’s always a good idea to put your contact and businesses information in the footer, so it’s visible on all pages.

There is a lot to consider. I would go through each policy/guideline and figure out what is making this happen. And check previous posts. Here in one that has some links: Repeated “Misrepresentation” rejection in Google Merchant Center – what am I missing? - #2 by EmmanuelFlossie

Hi,
This is often a false positive from Google’s automated checks. Verify the policy shown in Diagnostics, confirm your legal pages (contact, shipping, refunds), then request a manual review. Happy to review the site and point out what Google might be flagging.

It’s never a false positive. There will always be a reason.

@Felix15 If you are happy to review the merchants website, the original poster already shared the website URL.

Here is a reply that is helpful: Fix Misrepresentation issue that prevents your products from showing on Google - Merchant Center Community

@jibrinumar This is not related or relevant to the Google Merchant Center suspension.

I could puke. This disgusting company Google makes me so sick. My review request was rejected. I read through all the guidelines and my shop www.hdsports.run doesn’t violate any of them. It’s just disgusting how ■■■■■■ Google is. Hopefully, the day will come when this company goes under. They treat you like a criminal, but in reality, they are the real criminals.

"Hi HDsports, I feel your frustration. ‘Misrepresentation’ is often a black box because Google uses automated bots, not humans.

Since you are confident your policies are correct, the trigger is likely Technical Data Drift.

Common hidden triggers:

  • JSON-LD Schema Mismatch: Your visual price is correct, but the hidden code sends a different price or availability.

  • Ghost 404s: Deleted products lingering in the feed.

Recommendation: Don’t rely on manual checks—human eyes miss what the bot sees. You should run an automated feed crawler or validator tool to simulate a Googlebot visit. These tools compare your Raw HTML directly against your Feed data to pinpoint the exact line of code causing the flag

oh no, another post, who only want to sell his product to me. that’s boring here :frowning:
I already pay for Spotify, so I can expect such a platform to be reputable enough to meet Google’s requirements. But yes, Google is just a huge piece of bull****.

@Matt20
i removed my phone number, after Google Merchat blocked me. thanks to Shopify and google for nothing. but we know already, that Google is a corrupt company.
and 2nd point why i removed my phone number: Because i get on whatsapp lot of face requests from “shopify experts”. So please can you remove my number in your post?

Absolutely — I’ve removed the number from my post. Sorry about that, and thanks for flagging it. I completely understand why you removed it with all the fake “Shopify expert” messages going around.
