Merchant Centre Misrepresentation

Since the middle of July I have been suffering with ‘Misrepresentation’ in my merchant centre account. I am now on my last attempt to submit a review. I have made a lot of changes since my first suspension but for whatever reason I am still getting suspended.

For context our store is a direct to customer delivery, selling coffee equipment to the UK market only.

At this point I’m open to people having a look for anything I may have missed. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

If you are getting suspended despite efforts to review and change your website or products, I highly suggest that you reach out to Google Merchant Support team to further ask for a review of your store and elaborate the issue you are having with the suspension. They will be able to provide you more insights and instructions.

I have contacted them, however they are stating that due to my Google Ads being suspended (got suspended not long after GMC account I think due to GMC) they cannot investigate further until Ads unsuspend. However, Ads are stating the opposite, and that GMC has to be cleared first. So I’m completely lost at the minute…
