Merchant does not meet minimum website quality requirements

Hello,

My products will not be distributed on Pinterest because of the following issues:

. Merchant does not meet minimum website quality requirements

. Merchant’s website displays several pop-up messages

I understand you’re not able to list your products on Pinterest due to not meeting certain requirements. As per Pinterest Merchant Guidelines, they don’t allow websites that:

  • Have multiple ads or pop-ups
  • Have pop-ups you cannot close

They’ve also stated that merchants are responsible for making sure they follow all relevant laws, regulations and industry codes when they use our service.

Based on the error message you’re receiving, it looks as though you may need to remove multiple pop-ups from your website in order to have your products displayed on Pinterest. If you have further questions around this requirement, you can log into your Pinterest account and submit a help ticket through this link.

Were you able to resolve the problem? I got the same message “Merchant’s website is not meeting the necessary requirements”. No idea what I need to change or update on my website? No support from Pinterest.
